Our agreement is simple, no legal fees and only a short period of notice, (Longer if required). Immediate occupation,

    Moving in is easy, sign the licence agreement, pay the initial deposit (equivalent to one months rent) and your first month’s rent. (there after monthly payments are by standing order)

    Every type of client is catered for, we let single offices to large suites, large international companies to self employed persons.  

Rent an office from us and you just pay the fixed monthly licence fee, which covers all the following:-
